YOUNG LAB STUDIO is a product development and engineering studio specializing in the design of both complete bikes and components.
From the fit and safety details of junior bikes, to the demands of World Cup mountain biking, we put 20 years of hands-on industry experience to work for you — with deep expertise in ultralight kids' bikes and learn-to-pedal products.
Our mission: give bike brands an agile, transparent consulting partner with absolute technical rigor, and turn your concepts into commercial wins.
We are based in FRANCE, in the heart of the Pyrenees, 90 minutes from Toulouse.

INDUSTRIALIZATION
Successful industrialization is just as important as excellent design. At Young Lab Studio, we have in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing processes for bicycle frames and components. We have worked in top factories in Europe and Asia. In particular, we have extensive knowledge of the industrial landscape in Southeast Asia, having lived there for several years.

At Young Lab Studio, our design office manages the entire product lifecycle from start to finish. From specifications and design to development, certification, and industrialization, we leverage 20 years of experience in the cycling industry to deliver the innovative product you've been waiting for.

MEET THE FOUNDER
My journey in the cycling industry wasn't built in an office, but on the ground. From my beginnings as a mechanic in 2004 to leading development at a leading children's bike brand, I climbed every rung of the ladder: junior product manager at Commencal, founder of my own international mountain bike brand (Private Production), and sourcing manager based in Taiwan. In 2026, with 20 years of industry experience under my belt, I founded YOUNG LAB STUDIO.
